Wallace began his career in financial services in 1999 with Merrill Lynch and in 2008 moved to UBS.
Hart has worked in financial services for more than a decade. He kick-started his career with World Bank Credit Union and joined UBS in 2012, where he met Wallace.
Bedell began her financial services career with UBS in 2008.
